We're expanding our global team and seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance across our UK and Canadian offices.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for UK and CanadaAdminister contracts, onboarding, and employee documentationDevelop and enforce HR policies and compliance proceduresAdvise managers on employment law, grievance handling, and performanceMaintain HRIS systems and training recordsRequirements:CIPD Level 5 (or international equivalent) preferred2–4 years of generalist HR experienceFamiliarity with UK employment law and sponsorship complianceStrong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
