This RoleThe Associate Project Manager Apprentice will work as part of a team to support the design, delivery, and evaluation of effective project management solutions that meet the needs of individuals and teams across the organisation. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in project management practices while working towards a Level 4 Project Management ApprenticeshipRequirementsRole Requirements & ResponsibilitiesAreas of expertise and responsibility will include:· Support the coordination and delivery of project plans and events· Assist with project needs analysis and gathering feedback from stakeholders· Help design and develop project content using appropriate tools and technologies· Maintain project records, track progress, and evaluate project effectiveness· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts, project providers, and team members· Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating project feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery· Ensure that project solutions align with business goals and performance requirements· Participate in projects that support wider organisational initiativesAcademic eligibility and requirementsThe Associate Project Manager must commit to the following academic responsibilities over the 24 month programme plus EPA.· Apprentices are required to attend classes one full day per week online with ITP.· Complete a structured curriculum of theoretical and practical modules.· All required exams, projects, and continuous assessments must be successfully completed.· Submit reflective journals/ work-based projects to the learning institution provider that demonstrate the application of their learning as required.· Applicants should have valid documentation and reside in the UK*Regular attendance and active participation in college sessions are mandatoryCandidate Requirements· Ability to be flexible in respect of work standards and demands· Capable of working under pressure at times and to strict deadlines· Ability to complete tasks· Resilient and able to deal with changing priorities· Passion for learning and professional development· Good written and verbal communication skills· Strong English Language Level· Strong organisational skills with attention to detail· Ability to manage time and prioritise work effectively· Comfortable using digital project management platforms and MS Office tools· Willingness to learn, reflect, and apply feedbackThe following qualifications, skills and experience would be an advantage.· Proficient knowledge of a European language· Experience of MS SharePoint in a corporate environment· Basic understanding of project management principles· Familiarity with project management platforms or content creation tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana)· Experience in customer service or administrative rolesQualifications:· Must meet eligibility requirements for a Level 4 Associate Project ManagerDevelopment Opportunities:· Formal apprenticeship training delivered via an approved training provider· Exposure to all areas of project management including design, delivery, and evaluation· Opportunities to develop presentation and facilitation skills· Supportive coaching and mentoring from experienced project management professionals· Hands-on experience in a busy project management environment· Level 4 APM qualification awardrd by Highfield upon successful completion of the courseBenefitsThe remunerating package, including salary and benefits, is negotiable depending on experience.
