Teaching Personnel are currently working with a Secondary School based in Warrington who are seeking a Teaching Assistant to start in their SEN department from September 2025. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate seeking experience within a mainstream school or an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a new role.About the role: Start- date: 1st SeptemberPart-time role with opportunity to go full-timeOpportunity to earn £90- £100 per day (dependent on experience) As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with other members of the SEN department to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment, where students who require additional learning support can flourish and develop. This will involve the creation and implementation of individualised learning plans; you will provide intervention and targeted support to ensure all learners can access the national curriculum.What we’re looking for: Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience is necessaryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with both students and staffGood knowledge of SEN and current behaviour management techniquesA genuine passion for supporting the learning of young students If you’re interested in this role, please apply with your CV and a consultant will be in contact within 2 working days.
