2-3 months contract with a local authorityJob PurposeThe Estate Cleaner will be responsible for delivering a consistently high-quality cleaning service in accordance with schedules, frequencies, and standards. They will also play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment, as well as managing customer expectations to ensure a positive view of their environment and landlord.Key Duties/AccountabilitiesSweep, mop/vacuum various communal areasMaintain cleanliness of refuse chutes, bins, and bin areasClean communal windows, sills, and internal glass panellingWipe stair railings, door handles, and dust/polish in communal areasDeep clean areas as necessaryClean glass frontages at the entrance to the buildingEnsure all communal areas are free of litterEssential Experience RequiredPrevious experience as an estate cleaner is essentialEssential Qualification RequiredGeneral education qualification is desirableAdditional InformationWorking hours: 35 hours per weekMust hold a UK driving licenceRole requires basic DBSLocation: Vanston Place Community Centre, Vanston Place, Fulham, London, SW6 1BS, United KingdomThe role closes on 8th July 2025, apply ASAPRequirementsRequirementsPrevious experience as an estate cleanerGeneral education qualification (desirable)UK driving licence
