Clinical Nurse ManagerNewcastle, Northeast£56,000 to £61,000 per year This role is full-time working 37.5 hours per week; however, flexible working options or term-time only working will be considered. The Role:My client has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join the team. In this rewarding role, you'll provide clinical and professional leadership to nurses within the company, motivating and empowering others. Key Responsibilities:Line management responsibility, including carrying out clinical supervisions and annual performance development reviews.Set standards in conjunction with the Executive Team that aim to strive for excellence in all nursing practice.Take accountability for appropriate clinical policies and procedures.Manage and take accountability for the nursing budget.Promote a positive, inclusive approach to health and wellbeing across the Foundation.
