Your Mission As CTO, you will lead the strategic direction of technology across the organization. Strategic Pillars You'll Champion Technology Vision & Strategy - Develop and execute a future-ready tech roadmap aligned with business goals. Digital Ecosystem Integration - Consolidate platforms and data into a unified, secure, and scalable architecture. Intelligent Automation & AI - Drive innovation through smart automation and machine learning to enhance efficiency and reduce cost. Data as a Strategic Asset - Leverage data to improve compliance outcomes, customer retention, and decision-making. M&A Technology Leadership - Lead IT due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition tech harmonization. What You'll Be Responsible For Defining and delivering a comprehensive technology strategy that supports rapid growth and transformation. Leading enterprise-wide system integration and modernization initiatives. Embedding automation and AI into operational workflows to drive performance. Overseeing critical technology projects from ideation to execution. Ensuring technology readiness for M&A activity, including due diligence and post-deal integration. Building and mentoring a high-performing technology team and fostering a culture of innovation, security, and agility. About You Proven experience in senior technology leadership, ideally within high-growth or PE-backed environments. Deep expertise in digital transformation, systems architecture, automation, and AI. Strong track record in M&A technology strategy, including due diligence and integration. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
