Teaching Assistants - Chesterfield - September Start Flexible Long-Term Roles | 3+ Days per Week | Market-Leading Agency Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible, long-term opportunities from September? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary and secondary schools in the Chesterfield area. We're looking for Ta's who are available for at least 3 days per week and can commit to ongoing placements that match their skills and availability. The Role: Long-term placements in local schools starting in September 2025 Supporting children across all key stages Working with whole classes, small groups or 1:1 Opportunities to support SEND pupils and deliver interventions Requirements: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant is essential Experience supporting SEND or delivering academic interventions is highly desirable Must be available at least 3 days a week Own transport is a bonus, but not essential Why work with Tradewind Recruitment?
