Salary: £30,000 Location: Carmarthen Hours: Full Time Hybrid working 2 days from home Contract Type: Permanent Benefits of the HR Advisor role: Excellent career progression opportunities Excellent training offered 33 days' annual leave (including bank holidays) Free Employee Health and Wellbeing Scheme Generous refer-a-friend bonus A free DBS check Hybrid working arrangements Supportive and inclusive team environment Requirements of the HR Advisor: CIPD Level 5 qualification or a minimum of two years' experience in a similar HR role Act as the first point of contact for HR matters, particularly in employee relations, absence management, and retention Advise and support managers through disciplinary, grievance, performance, and capability cases in line with legal and policy frameworks Offer real-time support during formal meetings and hearings Collaborate with the Recruitment and Onboarding Team to enhance the candidate experience Ensure HR records are accurately maintained and compliant with GDPR and sector regulations Work alongside our Operations Team and Wellbeing Manager to drive engagement and workforce planning initiatives Assist in reviewing and developing HR policies to ensure legal and sector alignment Prepare insightful HR reports for the Head of Human Resources Provide guidance on absence management, including referrals to Occupational Health Support line managers with performance management processes Do you want to be able to shape the future of an organisation with exciting plans in the short and medium term working closely with senior management, whilst at the same time developing your own skills, this the role for you!
