From some of the most vulnerable people in our society, to families in crisis, claimants and commercial businesses - HMCTS has a responsibility to administer a justice system that is accessible to everyone and operates efficiently Admin Officer Hours: 37 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Pay Rate: £12.36 per hour Location: Kings Lynn Contract Type: Temporary (Possibility of an Extension) Brook Street is recruiting on behalf of our public sector client, HMCTS Kings Lynn, for a temporary Admin Officer to join their team on a full time temporary basis. As an Admin Officer, you'll play a key part in supporting the smooth running of court operations. This is a great opportunity to build your public sector experience while contributing to important work in your local community. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and managing case files and court documents Handling telephone, email, and in-person enquiries Updating internal systems and processing paperwork Supporting court hearings and day-to-day operations Drafting standard correspondence and reports General office administration, including data entry, filing, and photocopying What We're Looking For: Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Comfortable using IT systems and handling data Previous admin experience is desirable Brook Street are proud to support the Armed Forces Covenant and as such, we guarantee to interview all candidates who are veterans or spouses/partners of military personnel, and who meet all the essential criteria for the vacancy.
