You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive team within a well-established local brand.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing a portfolio of residential propertiesHandling maintenance issues and coordinating repairsLiaising with landlords, tenants, and contractorsEnsuring compliance with current lettings legislationProblem-solving and resolving tenant queriesConducting inspections and managing check-ins/check-outsKeeping accurate records and documentationWorking collaboratively with the lettings and accounts teams What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential property managementGood knowledge of current lettings legislationHighly organised and able to manage a varied workloadEffective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsStrong communication and customer service abilitiesConfident telephone manner and professional attitudeAbility to remain calm under pressureFamiliarity with the Earlsfield area (preferred) What's In It For You?
