About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team at Fiserv. The role involves leading and delivering business-critical projects by coordinating multiple teams and managing project governance, scope, and execution strategies. You’ll work directly with programmer leadership and key stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities:Define project briefs, deliverables, governance, and execution strategies.Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.Lead cross-functional teams including Fiserv SMEs and third parties.Report project progress and KPIs to stakeholders and ensure effective risk/issue management.Conduct governance meetings and manage project changes (scope, cost, timeline).Ensure smooth transition to BAU and successful project closure with evaluations and documentation.️ Key Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and time management.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.Ability to manage virtual teams and global project environments.
