We are currently seeking a Customer Order Picker with Fork Lift Truck skills to support our operations on both dayshift and nightshift.In this role, you will play a key part in our logistics and delivery process, ensuring that customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently. Your ability to operate a fork lift truck will be essential in facilitating the movement of goods throughout our warehouse and production areas. If you have a passion for excellent service and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities- Chilled Despatch Area Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for dispatch, ensuring that all products meet quality standards. Operate fork lift trucks to efficiently move products and materials within the warehouse and loading areas. Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy and report any discrepancies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and ensure timely order fulfilment. Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles. Hours of work7 days over 14 days7AM-7PM OR 7PM-7AM£12.93/hour plus applicable shift allowanceRequirements Valid Fork Lift Truck License (Counterbalance and/or Reach) is required. Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse/production environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Good communication skills and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed. Willingness to work flexible hours on either dayshift or nightshift as per operational requirements.
