This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive environment while working towards a recognised IT qualification.About the RoleAs an IT Apprentice, you will support the IT team in daily technical operations, user support, and system maintenance. You will develop essential IT skills through structured training and real-world experience, helping to ensure the smooth running of SGS’s internal IT systems.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line IT support to internal users.Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.Support the setup and troubleshooting of network devices.Log and track support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation.Participate in IT projects under supervision.
