Job DescriptionThis opportunity is open to Senior project managers and will offer the right candidate the chance to work and deliver some of London’s most interesting and complex schemes across large hotel conversions, work with leading property developer clients who invests in superb residential projects in the capital and be involved in some of the capitals high profile mixed use projects.Responsibilities: Conducting background research, data collection and bench markingEstablishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the projectProducing project plans and managing teams where applicableMonitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicatorsTracking and documenting changesPreparing written project communication materialsPreparing formal project progress and other reportsLiaising with the client, contractors and designersAttending meetings and drafting minutes, etc Other responsibilities, to include:Preparing presentation materials for client pitches, etcInputting key information into the Turner & Townsend internal database
