Culturally, this practice is dynamic and promotes freedom, autonomy and flexibility alongside an entrepreneurial spirit.In addition, there is flexible working from home up to three days a week.The Role:This Legal 500 accredited firm now seeks a Residential Property Senior Associate 7+ PQE to join up its highly-reputable organisation.You will be joining a friendly, supportive team of highly experienced Lawyers who look to really invest in their staff and offer significant career progression.This role will allow you to become a crucial part of a flourishing, highly skilled and experienced team with a specific focus on Residential Property transactions. This includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and more. This will be a hands-on role in working with high-end estate agents and having a real variety of work.Requirements: You will be a Residential Property Senior Solicitor with 7+ relevant years of PQE You will be a dynamic and personable individual You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team You will enjoy working in a client-facing position and be able to develop rapport You will have previous experience in managing a team/department Experience in training or mentoring juniors is advantageous Salary & Benefits: Salary is competitive, negotiable and dependent upon your level of experience.
