You will work with a loyal client base and benefit from administrative support, innovative systems, and a collegiate team environment.Duties will include:Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgages, and shared ownershipManaging relationships with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth transaction processDelivering high-quality legal advice with an emphasis on client care and attention to detailParticipating in business development and maintaining excellent client relationshipsAbout You as an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor:You’ll be a confident and capable legal professional who is comfortable running your own caseload with minimal supervision.
