About the roleConnex Education is in partnership with multiple Primary Schools within the Lutterworth area to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work on a regular relief cover basis starting ASAP.You will have strong teamwork skills as the school in question has a key focus on teamwork and collaboration to be able to achieve student and school goals. A key ethos and aim for this school are to ensure all learners are provided focused support to ensure excellent progress is made. Duties will include general classroom support for all pupils in KS1 and KS2, facilitating learning through play and small group interventions for pupils requiring additional help. The successful candidate must have the ability to work in close partnership with the Class Teacher in helping to promote the acquisition of learning goals.
