Commercial Property Paralegal – Newbury, Berkshire Salary up to £35,000 pro rata + BenefitsAre you an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal looking to take the next step in your legal career? Our client, a reputable law firm based in Newbury, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Paralegal to join its busy and friendly Commercial Property team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated legal professional with 1-2 years+ experience in private practice to support Senior Fee Earners, manage client files and work on high-quality commercial transactions.The Role: What You’ll Be Doing:You will provide hands-on support in a range of commercial property matters, including: Preparing and managing files for property transactionsHandling Land Registry applications and dealing with requisitionsSubmitting Companies House registrations and filingsLiaising directly with clients and third partiesDrafting correspondence, contracts and reports to a high standardProviding regular updates to clients on file progressAssisting with legal research and document preparationMaintaining well-organised and compliant case files Key Skills and Experience Required:To succeed in this role, you will ideally have: 1-2 years’+ commercial property paralegal experience (private practice preferred)Ability to work independently under supervision protocolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systemsGood audio and copy typing skillsA client-focused, professional and courteous approach to legal support Why Apply?
