The Role: Take ownership of an established portfolio of commercial clients from a variety of sectors, ranging from SME to mid-market.Provide exceptional account management, focusing on long-term client retention, risk advice, and solution delivery.Identify opportunities for organic growth within the portfolio and drive new business activity through networking, referrals, and local market engagement.Work closely with internal broking and servicing teams to ensure smooth policy administration and technical support.Play a visible role in the continued success and growth of the Leamington office.
