This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by supporting students who are working significantly behind their peers in Maths. About the Role: As a Numeracy Intervention HLTA, you will: Support class teachers in adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learnersDeliver targeted Maths interventions to individuals and small groupsWork with students primarily in KS3, using your knowledge of KS1 and KS2 Maths to bridge learning gapsTrack and assess progress in numeracy skills and knowledgeHelp create an inclusive and engaging learning environment ✅ What We’re Looking For: A qualified HLTA, or someone willing to work towards HLTA statusPrevious experience delivering Maths support across Key Stages 1 and 2Confidence in delivering small group sessions and adapting content to suit different learning needsStrong organisational and communication skillsA proactive, flexible, and student-focused approach This is a rewarding role for someone who is committed to raising attainment and supporting learners to achieve their full potential in Maths.
