1:1 TutorLocation: Daresbury Pay: £30 per hour (dependent on experience and/or qualifications) Start Date: September 2025 Contract Type: Part-time or Full-time, long-termVision for Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and qualified 1:1 Tutor to support secondary students in the Daresbury area who need further assistance accessing education. This is a rewarding opportunity ideal for teachers and tutors who excel at working independently and tailoring Maths and English lessons to meet individual needs, working toward students achieving their targets. Sessions may take place in a variety of settings which means you must be flexible. Whilst part time, there is an opportunity for increased hours for the right tutor.Requirements: A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, TEFL, TESOL, BA Ed etc.)Experience working with SEND pupilsStrong understanding of the secondary curriculumCommitment to regular, scheduled tutoring sessionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive, flexible, and learner-centred teaching style What we offer: As a 1:1 Tutor, part of our team, you benefit from: Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
