The Role: As a People Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR administration and supporting the smooth running of all people-related activities. You will act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, manage core processes across the employee lifecycle, and contribute to a positive employee experience.Key accountabilities: Manage the UK and US People Inbox, serving as the first point of contact and providing guidance to managers and employees on processes and policies Manage end to end HR administration including new starters, onboarding, probationary periods, benefits, job changes and leavers. Complete pre employment screening for all new starters; obtaining references and proof of right to work documentation Create employment contracts, contributor agreements and letters Manage maternity/paternity and adoption leave. Assist with low level ER cases, such as sickness absence/return to work, disciplinary and grievance. Keep employee records accurate and up to date in Hibob, while improving its features and automating processes to increase efficiency. Proactively contribute to people process improvements to enhance the overall people experience. Coordinate employee benefits including the renewal process. Collating all payroll data and documents for submission and checking of payroll to ensure accuracy. Coordinate and provide administrative support for training and development activities. Produce HR reports from Hibob to aid the People Team with insights and data-driven decision-making. Proactively identify and recommend improvements to processes and employee experience. Manage the internal Comms Calendar and draft People team comms. Ensure People policies are updated in accordance with the latest HR legislation changes. Support the People & People Experience team with a variety of projects and initiatives. RequirementsEssential: Has at least 1 year previous HR or administration experience A passion for HR/learning and development Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written Strong relationship-building skills and a keen interest in people.
