SEN HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) Wanted! We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic SEN HLTA to join our supportive and inclusive Secondary school sin Brentwood !About the Role:As our SEN HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties. You will work closely with class teachers, the Assistant head, SENCOs, and support staff to deliver tailored interventions, lead small groups, and provide one-to-one support. You’ll also have the opportunity to plan and deliver activities, contribute to EHCP reviews, and take on a leadership role within the classroom.
