About the Role: Our partner schools require confident and reliable individuals to step into the classroom and deliver pre-prepared work. As a Cover Supervisor, you will: ✔ Supervise lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 ✔ Keep students on task and manage classroom behaviour ✔ Maintain a positive and productive learning environment ✔ Offer support to students of all abilities, ensuring inclusivity ✔ Follow school policies and liaise with teaching and support staffThis role is ideal for gaining first-hand classroom experience—particularly if you’re considering a future in teaching or applying for a PGCE or School Direct programme.
