Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contract Operations Manager at our brand new site in Harworth!Joining the site management team, the Contract Operations Manager is responsible for delivering and developing the customer contract, ensuring that strategies and business plans are in place to achieve targets, drive business performance and growth to benefit both the business and customer. As the Contract Operations Manager you will be customer centric, thrive under pressure whilst motivating and leading the team. Key DutiesEnsuring all day to day operational requirements consistently meet the customers’ expectationsExceeding customer key performance measures, holding regular customer reviews and managing and developing client relationshipsResponsible for managing and developing the existing management teams and employee relationsDeveloping and implementing new initiatives and projects with the customerPromote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to deliver best in class operationsPreparing customer annual budgets and working within those financial boundaries whilst delivering improved financial performanceAssume responsibility for managing Health & Safety, Personnel issues and Facilities across all sites
