Assisting the General Manager in running the building to the highest possible standardDealing with customer queries or complaints efficiently and professionallyEnsuring the building is maintained to the highest 5* standardsProactively form positive working relationships with customers, getting to know their business needs and requirementsAssist with IT / Telecoms issues, keeping a record of any faults or defects and arranging repair as quickly as possible.Monitor housekeeping, making sure standards are kept highDeliver tours of the building to prospective customers What experience are we looking for in a Reception Manager? 2+ years’ experience delivering exceptional 5* customer serviceExperience managing others, training others and supporting staff developmentExperience in assisting to manage a commercial building (for example a hotel)Excellent communication skills - this is essential.
