SEN Tutor – Henley-on-Thames Location: Henley-on-Thames & surrounding areasPay: £20–£30 per hour (DOE)Hours: Part-time / FlexibleContract: Freelance / Self-employedAbout the Role We’re seeking skilled and compassionate SEN Tutors to support children and young people with a range of special educational needs including ASD, ADHD, PDA, SEMH, and more.You’ll deliver 1:1 tuition in English and/or Maths, either at primary or secondary level, helping students re-engage with learning through tailored, student-led teaching.Requirements QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or 3+ years’ SEN tutoring experience Experience working with SEND (ASD, ADHD, PDA, etc.) Ability to assess, plan, and deliver a personalised scheme of work Confident supporting learners in Maths and English Comfortable working independently with learners who may be disengaged or vulnerable Desirable Experience with EHCPs or working with local authorities Training in trauma-informed or therapeutic approaches Access to a vehicle for local travel What We Offer Flexible schedule – work around your availability Hourly pay: £20–£30 Meaningful, 1:1 work that changes lives Ongoing support from a dedicated team All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
