About the Role As a Care Assistant / Support Worker, you won't be rushing between multiple clients or performing short calls. Instead, you'll build real connections with one or two young adults, helping them achieve personal goals like moving into their own home, landing their first job, making friends and enjoying life. Key Responsibilities: Provide person-centred care and supportEmpower clients to build independence and confidenceSupport with daily activities, hobbies, socialising and appointmentsWork as part of a friendly, passionate teamFull training provided no specialist experience required!
