With an impressive track record and an exciting pipeline of opportunities, we’re looking to expand our distribution capability by hiring a commercially minded Business Development professional. About the Role:This role will focus on originating and nurturing relationships with private investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. You’ll be instrumental in driving new capital into the investment strategies and will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and refine their approach to Private Client distribution. What You’ll Be Doing: Identifying and building relationships with private investors, wealth networks, family offices, and other key introducers Presenting the firm’s investment offerings in a compelling and consultative way Managing the full sales cycle – from initial outreach through to close Helping shape the firm’s Private Client strategy and supporting wider marketing initiatives Attending networking events, private client forums, and industry conferences What We’re Looking For: A strong background in Business Development, Sales, or Investor Relations – ideally within a Venture Capital, Tax-Efficient, or Alternative Investment environment Proven experience selling investment products directly to private clients (not via intermediaries) A ready-made network of high-net-worth individuals or trusted introducers Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Why Apply?
