Role: Commercial Property Legal SecretaryLocation: Chester Position: Full Time, permanent Salary: Up to £26,000 A well-established law firm is seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join their busy and supportive team. This is a full-time, office-based position where the firm can offer flexibility. The Role You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Commercial Property department, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of legal matters. Key ResponsibilitiesAudio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondencePreparing, formatting, and amending commercial property documentationManaging diaries, booking appointments, and arranging meetingsHandling client queries in a professional and timely mannerMaintaining accurate filing systems (physical and electronic)Providing general administrative support to fee earners RequirementsMust have previous legal secretarial experience, ideally within commercial propertyStrong audio typing skills are essentialExcellent attention to detail and time managementConfident using Microsoft Office and legal case management softwareProfessional, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Salary and BenefitsSalary up to £25,000 depending on experienceFull-time, permanent, office-based positionFlexible working hoursSupportive team environment with opportunities for training and progression If you have solid legal secretarial experience and strong audio typing skills, we want to hear from you.
