GSL Education is seeking a proactive and resilient PRU Teaching Assistant to support students in a Pupil Referral Unit based in Hackney.Key Responsibilities: Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, promoting positive behaviour and emotional development. Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored interventions. Help create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment. Collaborate with teachers, behaviour mentors, and pastoral staff. Ideal Candidate: Experience working in PRUs or with students with SEMH needs. Strong behaviour management skills. A calm, consistent and resilient attitude.
