Job Title: ASD Teacher (working with Autism)
Location: Camden Salary: £150 – £220 per day Contract: Full-Time | Long-TermGSL Education is recruiting for a compassionate and experienced ASD Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in Camden, supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and complex needs. You’ll be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering a nurturing and enriching learning experience.Duties Include:
Planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet individual needs.
Promoting social and emotional development alongside academic learning.
Using visual aids and structured teaching techniques.
Collaborating with therapists, TAs and parents/carers.
Requirements:
QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Previous experience teaching children with Autism.
Creative, patient and engaging approach to learning.
In-depth understanding of SEN teaching strategies and safeguarding.
