Job DescriptionWhat you get to do in this role:Deliver comprehensive training programs for early-in-career sellers, encompassing product knowledge, market trends, sales techniques & acumen, tools and process excellenceEngage with Global and field enablemen teams to develop and execute enablement strategy and facilitation in-hubEnsure program delivery consistency as well as adapting to local needsUtilize a variety of formats, including live facilitation, workshops, webinars, e-learning modules, micro-learning and interactive sessionsProvide coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to enhance their skills, performance, and confidenceLeverage and adapt assets from global programs to drive knowledge acquisition and skills developmentCollaborate on a dayly base with Sales leadership and individual contributor to identify and adress gapsThis is a Hub based role in Staines officeAct as an overall business partners to sales leaders in the hubInteract with various functions such as Go To Market, sales methodology, Tools, Marketing, Sales methodology to stay on top of EMEA and local initiatives
