This ain’t your bog-standard school—it's for young’uns who can’t do mainstream just now. Maybe they’ve been excluded, maybe they’re not well, maybe life’s thrown ‘em a curveball. But here, they get a fair go, proper care, and a fresh start.What you’ll be doing: • Helping KS3 and KS4 lads and lasses settle in when school’s feeling a bit different to what they’re used to. • Giving one-to-one help or small group support—whatever’s needed to get ‘em feeling comfy and cracking on. • Handling things like autism, communication quirks, and learning challenges with steady patience and no faff. • Keeping things calm when behaviour flares up—showing ‘em someone’s got their back.You’re just the ticket if: • You don’t flap when things get a bit hairy. • You know every bit of behaviour tells a story. • You want to make a proper difference to kids who’ve had it rough.What you’ll need on board: • DBS on update service (or we’ll help you sort one) • Two recent references • Big heart, firm boundaries, and a head screwed on when it comes to safeguardingWhy go with Protocol Education? • Proper weekly PAYE pay—no messing, no umbrella faff - no cheeky deductions • Free CPD and support from folks who know what they’re on about • Work in schools where you’re part of t’furniture, not just a spare partThis ain’t just a job. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
