Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools (Southampton) Location: Southampton Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Temporary (flexible to cover various assignments)Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and professional team supporting pupils and teachers in diverse educational settings.What you’ll be doing: Assisting class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons Supporting children with additional needs and helping them achieve their potential Helping to manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment Supervising pupils during breaks and supporting school routines Contributing to pupil progress through one-to-one or small group support What we’re looking for: Experience working with primary-aged children is highly desirable A positive, patient, and proactive attitude Good communication and teamwork skills Flexibility and reliability to cover various schools and assignments across Southampton Relevant qualifications or willingness to train (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualifications) Why join Teaching Personnel?
