Based in Chippenham, our client has a growing lettings portfolio and is seeking a skilled Property Manager to join their team on a part-time basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience to take on a varied, client-facing role with flexible working hours.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing a portfolio of local residential rental propertiesActing as the main point of contact for landlords and tenantsCoordinating maintenance, repairs, and property inspectionsEnsuring compliance with lettings legislation and safety regulationsHandling tenancy renewals, deposit negotiations, and check-outsBuilding strong relationships with clients and contractorsKeeping accurate records and updating management systems What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Prior experience in residential property managementConfident communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong customer service focus and problem-solving abilityProactive, organised, and detail-orientedSmart, professional appearance and positive attitudeKnowledge of Chippenham and surrounding areas is a plusFull UK driving licence requiredA professional, committed approach to property lettings What's In It For You?
