Night Customer Service Advisors Working Hours: Your "fixed" shift will be 18.00 - 03.00, working 5 days per week including every other weekend. Or 16:00 - 01:00, working 5 days per week including every other weekend. Office based in Milton Keynes - Temporary to Permanent Hourly rates: £12.50 per hour for hours worked between 16:00 and 23:00 £15.00 per hour for hours worked between 23:00 and 03:00 Start Date: Tuesday 26th August Training hours: Monday to Friday, 18:00 - 03:00 (for the first 4 weeks) Important: You must be available for the full training period and have no holidays booked during this time. The Role We are looking for experienced and well-spoken individuals who have a passion for delivering great customer service. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. You will be the first point of contact for customers from all over the world in a busy, high volume, supportive customer experience centre. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to all customers first time, every time. Taking inbound calls/emails/Live chat messages from customers who want to place an order or have a query about an "in progress" order Informing customers of deals and discounts available Helping with all ad hoc enquiries i.e., where's my order, how much is delivery, returns policy, cancellations, and complaints During the 3-month probationary period, you will work through Tate Recruitment on a timesheet basis (weekly pay). There will be no further probationary period upon you being made permanent and you will be rewarded with the company benefits from Day 1. This role is office based during the 3-month probationary period but once you go permanent, you can apply for a Hybrid arrangement. The Permanent Package Salary: £25,517.41 per annum, with an additional 20% pay enhancement for hours worked between 23:00 and 03:00. You can apply for hybrid-working.
