If so, our Technical Services Team Lead position could be for you! We're looking for a Technical Services Team Lead to support our sales team with scoping out projects for customers and determining technical specifications, as well as helping them to identify opportunities within accounts. This role will also have project management requirements, as it will support the sales team with seeing a technical customer project, as well as helping the Technical Services team to allocate resource and ensure that projects are delivered on time and to scope. We're looking for someone based in the North of the UK, but you'll need to be able and willing to travel to customer sites, as well as visit the team in Clonmel (Ireland). You'll need to have a drivers' licence to be able to fulfil such travel requirements. Voice implementations, designs, testing of devices. Provide relevant training and knowledge sharing with the team.Co-ordinate the Technical Services team on proactive fixes and resolutions to customer issues.Visit customer sites pre-sales to help the Sales team scope out projects, and costs.
