Class 1 Driver (1 years' Experience Required) Location: New Holland, DN19 Pay: £16.60 per hour £17.80 per hour after 48 hours £24.00 Additional night-out payment Role Overview: We're currently recruiting an experienced Class 1 Driver to carry out nationwide multi-drop deliveries of timber products, including deliveries into London. This is a hands-on role that requires professionalism, good customer interaction, and safe driving practices. Key Responsibilities: Nationwide multi-drop delivery of timber products Strapping and securing loads (training provided if needed) Inputting delivery details using a handheld device Acting as the first point of contact with customers Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects to the transport office Occasional nights out as part of the role Requirements: Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence Minimum 12 months of Class 1 driving experience Good communication skills and customer service approach Experience with strapping (desirable but not essential - full training provided) This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled driver to join a well-established team.
