Your responsibilities will include: Designing and executing an innovative pastry menu across all outlets, including breakfast pastries, plated desserts, afternoon tea, and custom cakes for events. Supervising daily operations of the pastry section, ensuring efficiency and consistency. Overseeing production, plating, and presentation with meticulous attention to detail. Collaborating with the Head Chef and F&B team on menu development and seasonal offerings. Mentoring and training other team members, fostering a positive and creative kitchen culture. Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices are maintained to the highest standard. Managing pastry inventory, ordering, and cost control in line with budgetary goals. Continuously innovating and staying updated on international pastry trends and techniques. We're looking for a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie with: Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or high-end patisserie. A formal culinary or pastry arts qualification is preferred. Strong knowledge of classical and contemporary pastry techniques. Skilled in chocolate work, sugar artistry, viennoiserie, plated desserts, and cake design. A passion for quality, creativity, and innovation in pastry arts. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and events.
