This is your chance to become a pivotal part of their early journeys - helping them grow in confidence, connection, and joy About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant in the early years classroom, you'll play an important role in supporting children with autism as they explore, learn, and grow. You'll help adapt learning activities to meet individual needs, encourage positive social interaction, and contribute to a classroom culture built on patience, understanding, and inclusion.
