Job DescriptionThe Group Reporting Manager plays a crucial role in our finance department, overseeing consolidated financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing valuable financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. This position works collaboratively with other finance team members and business units to maintain the integrity of financial records and improve financial processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes for multiple entities within the group Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports in accordance with relevant accounting standards Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure timely resolution of audit issues Implement and maintain robust internal controls across the group's financial operations Provide technical accounting guidance to junior staff and business partners Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations Prepare financial analysis and commentary for management reporting Support the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead implementation of finance initiatives Stay current with changes in accounting standards and tax regulations
