As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom setting. Your main responsibilities will include:Job Duties: Assisting the teacher in delivering lessons and activitiesSupporting students with their learning and developmentHelping to create a positive and inclusive learning environmentProviding one-on-one support to students as neededAssisting with classroom management and behaviour support Required Qualifications: GCSEs or equivalent in English and MathsRelevant experience in a similar roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team Education: Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent in English and MathsExperience: Previous experience in a teaching assistant or classroom support roleKnowledge and Skills: Understanding of educational principles and practisesAbility to build rapport with studentsStrong organisational skills Preferred Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualificationFirst Aid certification Working Conditions: This role is based in a school setting and may require working during school hours.
