Atrium Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a passionate client who provides care and support for adults with learning and physical disabilities.We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, support others in their daily routines, and help make everyday moments matter – whether it's planning a meal, going to the park, or simply lending a listening ear.What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting adults with daily tasks, personal care, and life skills Helping individuals access their communities and live fulfilled lives Working with a caring team to ensure a high-quality service Assisting with care planning and CQC compliance You’ll Need: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social CareA full driving licence and access to a vehicleA warm, compassionate approach and relevant experience What’s in it for You?
