Role This role sits within a high-performing Corporate team that advises on a wide range of transactional and advisory matters, including M&A, private equity, corporate restructuring, joint ventures and corporate governance.As a PSL, you will play a key part in driving forward the knowledge function, keeping the team ahead of legal and regulatory developments, supporting training and development initiatives and helping shape the strategy around legal tech, precedents and best practice.The firm is known for its collaborative culture, flexible working policies and investment in its people.
