Pay: £13.75 per hour Start: September 2025 Hours: Part-time or Full-time availableWhat we’re looking for: A positive, open-minded approach to supporting childrenExperience working with children, ideally with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)Patience, empathy, and a desire to help every child succeedA team player who thrives in a nurturing school environment Your role: Support a primary-aged child on a 1:1 basis, helping them access learning and reach their full potentialWork closely with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive, encouraging classroom experienceBring energy, creativity, and care to each day What we’ll need from you: A DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one) Complete our FREE safeguarding training along with additional Thrive training includedProvide information for previous 24 months of employment Documents to assist with our vetting process (right to work, utility bill etc) Experience working in education or with SEND children is highly valued, but just as important is your willingness to learn, grow, and make a genuine difference.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
