As Clinical Lead, you will take responsibility for overseeing all aspects of clinical care within the home. Working closely with the Home Manager and wider team, the Clinical Lead will ensure that residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred care at all times. You will lead on care planning, clinical audits, and compliance, while maintaining high standards in areas such as medication management, infection control, and wound care. The Clinical Lead will also play a key role in supporting, mentoring, and developing staff to uphold excellent clinical standards across the home. Strong communication and leadership skills will be essential, as youll liaise regularly with families and external healthcare professionals and provide hands-on care when needed.
