We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Chef de Partie to work at both The Angel Inn and E Street Bar and Grill, both of which are based in Petworth. Our Chef de Partie will be able to demonstrate the running of one section in the kitchen. You will be someone with strong culinary skills who is knowledgeable on our food and its’ provenance. You will have a strong desire to learn and strive to reach the next level in the kitchen and be able to remain calm under pressure and support others when required. You will be able to demonstrate the skill set required for a smooth, hygienic kitchen operation, delivering quality plates at all times.Experience and Qualifications:The successful candidate will possess the following:A minimum of 1 year in a similar role.Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or working towards).
