Job OverviewSeeking a Consultant Neurologist for a permanent job in a public sector hospital in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand's stunning north coast, offering competitive remuneration, relocation package and generous leave.Position Highlights: Join a dynamic, progressive, and multidisciplinary department based at two hospitals Diagnosis and management of neurological disorders, complex epilepsy, movement disorders, and neuromuscular conditions Inpatient consults and outpatient neurology care Participation in regional neurology networks to enhance patient care, Opportunities to develop local neurological services based on community needs Professional Requirements Eligible for vocational or provisional vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand FRACP or equivalent qualification Remuneration Package Salary and allowances in accordance with SECA Collective Agreement 6 weeks annual leave, 10 days study leave plus NZD 16K for expenses relocation package superannuation 6% permanent transferable contract The beautiful Lakes District of Rotorua and Taupo is well known for its outdoor recreational options including trout fishing, walking tracks, cycling and mountain biking.
