Are you an experienced and passionate social worker ready for the next step in your career? We're looking for a dedicated Senior Social Worker to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team. A fast-paced, dynamic environment where your decisions make an immediate impact on children’s lives. You’ll play a key role in managing and responding to safeguarding concerns, assessing risk, and working in close partnership with police, health, education, and other professionals. As a Senior Social Worker in our MASH team, you will be responsible for making timely, high-quality case decisions to safeguard children ensuring each referral is assessed within 24 hours. Working closely with our multi-agency partners, your practice will consistently reflect the voice of the child and play a crucial role in protecting them from harm. About You Social Work England registered Three years post-qualified, with a completed ASYE Experienced in safeguarding and information-sharing procedures A confident communicator and team collaborator Passionate about supporting children, families, and achieving positive change Committed to best practice and continuous development You’ll be part of a supportive, friendly team where your growth is genuinely encouraged.
